CreatingMass users In UME database Portal.

Massuser creation in USER Management Engine (UME) using the import function

1.       Login into the Portal using your ID and password.

Click Import.

You will see thebelow screen, before uploading the file.

Importing user data

You have two options for importing users, groups and roles:

                 Paste the content of a data file in the text area.

                 Upload user, group, or role data from a file. (This is only supported in SAP Enterprise Portal.)

 Note: The file size is restricted to 1MB.

 In both cases, the data must be in Standard Format. This is the only supported format.

 Thefollowing is an example of users in standard format.

Under Import uploadthe above standard forma txt file and Check Overwrite existing data and clickUpload

 Below message would appear

When you check underuser administration you could see the newly created users.

Enter the Transaction code SM20 for Security Audit Log Analysis report.

Select the Date in Time Period Restriction and Check the required Field in the Audit Classes

In the Format Tab enter 99999 in the Maximum Number of Pages

You Can Select Any Audit Classes you want to pull the report -  for Transaction Start please check box that and Execute the Reread Audit Log tab

We will get the Analysis Of Security Audit Log as given below.
